• Adaptive reuse and transformation of the Guest Printing Company building to Physicians Back and Neck Clinic.  Project won an award from the Athens Heritage Foundation for Outstanding Community Revitalization.
• Restoration of historic Lavonia house to Athens Physical Therapy satellite office Lavonia GA.
• Interior design of clubhouse and model home of Ansonborough community located on Gaines School Road in Athens GA.
• Build-out of Revive Salon, Ansonborough.
• Build-out of Black Forest Bakery, Ansonborough.
• Abbey West Clubhouse Renovation, Downtown Athens GA.
• First American Bank Main Lobby Renovation, Downtown Athens Georgia.
• First American Bank Lobby Renovation and Exterior Facelift with painting and addition of Widows Walk, West Broad Street, Athens, GA.
